Can you freeze par-baked crescent rolls?

I just so admire, your talent; your generosity and care; and your energy! I hope all goes absolutely swingingly.

Just a thought; if the crescent rolls are a ' special' for your nephew, why not turn it into a bit of fun with a platter of them and a little mortar boarded figure in the centre and a little card stuck in somewhere on a toothpick as a miniature poster which says " off limits except to the Graduate":)

Thank you csalt. What a nice thing to say!

And I think your idea of putting up a sign is a cute idea.

Thanks for the reply. I can't really experiment here (we don't have it). I'm not going to be there until just over a week away from the party. I can experiment when I get there I guess. Thanks again!

may i ask why you need to do ahead and freeze? they generally only take about 12 mins. to bake. if it is the assembly, i would do ahead on day you want to serve em and just put pans in fridge. til baking time.

babe:chef: now that i know why, my advice, just bake em and put in a bag as suggested.
