That is the way "word" corrected my spelling, but in reality CH would be a better choice if CH were to represent the sound that you make when you need to spit from deep inside your throat, but that is whole different discussion all together.

I believe "Chanukah" is the "American" spelling...
 
I hate changes. I guess instead of no Dairy, now it is no Meat.
So one of the items will be torteliny. I'm thinking about a cup of cooked torteliny per person. Does anybody have any idea how much is it in dry measure, and/or how much do we need for 100 people?
 
You could try cooking 100grams of tortellini and see what the equivalent is in cups?
