We will be having ham, scalloped potatoes, carrots, brussel sprouts, and biscuits. Pumpkin Pie and individual Yorkshire ginger breads for dessert.

We talked to a guy next door who just opened a new lobster place. So thinking that might work. Otherwise, there are a few places on the island that are offering more traditional fare.

Baked ham, macaroni and 3-cheddar cheese, green beans, with a California Riesling. Just me and the man this year, we had early Christmas yesterday with family. Chocolate-oatmeal and sugar cookies from my DIL for dessert!

I slice the fresh pineapple into thick rounds, and marinate for a couple hours. It grills up beautifully like it did today for our California Christmas.
