Cornish Hens for Thanksgiving

Hey all, this year I'm going to be making Cornish hens for Thanksgiving. I know how to cook them, but I can't decide on whether to brine them or salt them overnight. Which do you all suggest?

I'd brine them to ensure moist meat. You can flavor the brine to compliment a sauce you may be making.
 
Yeah, that's what I was leaning towards. Plus it will be much easier brining two little hens than a big ol' turkey. Thanks!
