Gram's Birthday Party Menu

My daughter and I will be hosting Gram's 80th Birthday Party in May. The times will be from 1-4pm, approximately. Mixed drinks, wine and beer will be available. Also, we're getting a cake from a specialty bakery. We'd like to have a buffet-style, appetizer/salad-type menu. Any ideas?

Is there room for people to seat down, or is it a stand up room only. That will make huge difference in menu. Also is it outdoors or indoors?

Hey Charlie!
The food will be set up indoors(air-conditioned). Casual seating will be available on three levels plus outdoors on the deck.

The way I understand casual seating there will be no plase to cut up food, so no knife and fork so to speak. Think small sandviches, bite size foods, maybe humburgers, or chicken sandviches. Tapas.
