I made this one with Chocolate IBC

my husband's favorite cake, their family calls it
"Mother's Cake", `cuz Mom made this all the time,
but no one bothered to ask Mom for the recipe...
it took me years to finally figure out it's a butter-yellow cake,
with chocolate frosting!
