you're quite welcome for the mango salsa recipe vicki.

have you made a batch yet? a few members have pm'd me and it seems to be a hit. one warning, the last time i made it i thought the amounts of garlic, evoo, and balsamic were a bit much, so you might want to add them a little at a time, tasting as you go.

btw, i stuffed and pan fried some boneles chicken breasts with the salsa tonight, and it was good even warmed as a stuffing.

The BBQ was a success as always - even with the on and off down pours!!!Just one question- where were you guys????!!!!!:)I'm beat today but, just wanted to thank you for all the shared recipes I used-EVERYONE was raving from Buckytom's salsa to PA Baker's Blueberry crumb cake and BTW Bucky I made a double batch of the salsa with the adjustments you suggested and it was perfect! Thanks again!!!
