Hm, I probably not looking in the right place agai, I see the tablespoons, but do not see convesion into grams?

Charlie, you can try to look for a website counterpart in Europe. For instance, Google "Kraft.uk" and you can find this. Philadelphia - Home All the recipes are metric.

I tried LaChoy, but no luck.

I actually call the La Choy consumer number, sugested to add like a calculator for multiple recipes and also converter into metric, but that is of course only sugestions. But then I asked where Ican buy an institutuional size container of their sweet and sour sauce and they had no idea. Gave me a run around (or is it about, I still do not get my idioms right), how stupid is it. I finally did found it, but I spent like almost a day on the phone, what a waiste of time.
