England's buzzing with the Royal wedding(me not so much) but it got me wondering,, if you were treated to a royal wedding dinner, what would you expect. Cucumber sandwiched without crusts?

I would expect some really fancy looking dishes with a whole host of fancy foods. I would think there would be lamb (I heard there are more sheep than people in Wales.) I would also expect a really awesome dessert display. I think it would be like platinum weddings on steroids.

here is what they served

- Roulade of goats' cheese with caramelised walnuts
- Assortment of palmiers and cheese straws

- Quails eggs with celery salt
- Scottish langoustines with lemon mayonnaise pressed confit of pork belly with crayfish and crackling
