School lunch
My kids are in the small private school. Once a month parents make lunch for the whole school. 50-60 kids. We are next. We want to serve spaghetti with meat sauce, soup and salad. What kind of soup and salad would go well with spaghetti?

Minestrone soup and a Caesar salad without the raw egg yolk or a mixed green salad with Italian dressing/vinaigrette.

Gosh, I'd be scared of getting sued if someone got sick.

That said, I'd go with a fruit salad and a simple soup kids would like..
Tomato, chicken noodle...

Kids are from 3 and up, until 8-th grade.

Nobody is going to get sued, not that kind of place.

Any other sugestions?

I like the idea of minestrone soup, but I would keep the salad simple. A basic tossed green salad with ranch dressing would appeal to the taste buds of most kids of all ages.
