I admit I was pretty pleased with the way these turned out.

Did pizza earlier in the week and wasn't as happy with the results.

Why the gender split, you make yours with Sriracha instead of Marinara?

They do look good...

500F oven on a stone (Old Stone Oven). 10-11 minutes.

Last week of the regular season. I had planned on doing some sausage with the new sous vide controller but we kinda over slept. It has been a long, busy, week.

Never fear, there is always playoff tailgating (maybe). We still have hope the Bears can get in.
