Taking meals to ill/injured friends

What are some of your favorite meals to bring to ill friends? This would be a meal consumed that day, not something to freeze ahead (which is what I usually do for friends who are about to have a baby). The meal would probably be refrigerated and heated up by the recipient. I'm not really talking about bringing a hot meal, although that may be possible for some. I want to set up something through takethemameal.com and give some suggestions. Thanks!

I like taking lasagna, pastitsio, hearty soups, curry etc. they all reheat well.
Cold pasta salads or pie with crust still raw so they can just pop it in the oven for a fresh meal and quiche.
