Smoked ham, roasted sweet potatoes, scalloped potatoes, fresh spinach salad, green beans with bacon. I had unusual luck with overwintering a spinach crop so will make several add-ons for the fresh salad.

It's just HB and me now, and I don't fix Easter Dinner any more, but ham was always traditional at our house, along with twice baked potatoes, broccoli with cheese sauce, and crescents.

We get by with a little help from our friends
