Ice Cream Bread
I found this in a magazine at the Drs Office oday and wondered if anyone has tried this before. Sounds interesting to me.

wow, if it works, I think I'd try just a vanilla, maybe with the addition of cardamom or almond, a bit of nutmeg...

did you notice the calories in this recipe? way over the top, as well as to many carbs and sugar for this diabetic. sounds wonderful though. may try it just for fun and give it away.

I made a similar recipe (maybe the same one) a few years ago. It turned out just okay. I may have done something wrong, so let us know how you make out.
