Measurements needed for Morning Muffins

The recipe calls for AP flour, whole wheat flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, milk, egg, maple syrup, vanilla, apple sauce, shredded carrots, walnuts, raisins and chopped apples BUT I don't have the measurements for each. Would anyone know the right measurements to use to make these muffins? Thanks in advance.

I know of these, The Original Morning Glory Muffin.

Really good and stay really moist.
Not quite the same, but you could add the ginger... nixing the apple sauce and substitute the pineapple, probably turn out just about right.
