Sub oil for butter in banana nut bread?
But I'm out of butter and don't feel like going to the store. Can I substitute oil for the butter?

The recipe I use calls for 1/2 cup oil. Like GB, do it! And, no olive oil either.

I always use canola or vegetable oil in my banana bread. Good luck with it!
