It sounds similar to a German Apple Pancake I used to make years ago and lost the recipe. So, thank you!!! I don't think it's something I would try freezing. I say eat it and enjoy it until it's all gone.

I've never made a clafouti before, but this sounds like something we'd love. My neighbour just dropped off a box of apples, so it's on the menu this week. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
