Cinnamon raisin bagel crisps dessert

1 bag New York Style brand Cinnamon Raisin Bagel Crisps, crumbled
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
2 Tbs butter
4 Tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream
caramel sauce
Optional: pecans

In low-medium heat, cook apples in a skillet with butter, sugar and cinnamon until tender. Add pecans if you like(and not allergic to). Place on a tart pan or pie pan. Top with Cinnamon Raisin Bagel Crisps. Serve individual servings with a scoop (or two or three) of vanilla ice cream (or your favorite ice cream that goes well with apples), drizzle caramel sauce and more crumbled crisps. Enjoy!
