I don't have it with me but tomorrow I'll post a recipe that you can do in the microwave. I've not tried it myself but the pics in the magazine looked good and it sounded really simple.

core them, place on double layer alu foil that`s been buttered, fill the hole with raisins and chopped almonds, pour in a shot of rum, and top with a little brown sugar, wrap in the foil and bake in the oven.
