Love this site ~ World's Healthiest Foods.

For me, I decided a few years ago that if I was going to put something into my mouth I wanted it to have nuitritional value. In other words, I stopped with the junk food. I spend 80% of my grocery money in the produce department. I look and feel better now than I ever have in my life. I've lost weight, my skin is clear, my eyes bright, I have more energy than I know what to do with most days, I get sassier and smarter every day, I just plain old feel GOOD!

I now officially consider myself insane, I crave things like a huge spinach salad or oatmeal w/ a dash of maple syrup or brown rice with a huge splash of my favorite hot sauce and a slice of cheese melted over top. I used to think that a Pepsi or a bag of Jalapeno chips were what I wanted, little did I know that if I fed myself food that was good for me I'd only want more of it.
