The rainbow cake looks good. I usually make the green one with yellow. Never tried other colors. This week I made congee and fried rice.

Asian thread to meat substitutions

If you are a vegetarian

I would suggest

1} maybee mushrooms like portabello and shiitake stir fried with ginger and sesame oil

2} I like seitan or tempeh meat substitutes, tempeh is usually a little more dry or texture-y with the oats or fillers they use

3) firm green vegetables like broccoli , asparagus, fiddlehead ferns, gai lan, bok choy ect

if not a vegetarian

rock shrimp or diced prawns or shrimp

monkfish

lobster, langostino or crawfish

chicken thighs would be nice


I might be interested in playing around with it can you PM me the dough recipe
