This is a great way to beat the heat. A quick and easy lunch for on the go.
Cold Noodles 1 box of spaghetti noodles 1/4 of diced onion 1/4 of diced green peppers 1/2 cup to 1 cup diced cooked ham 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1 teaspoon of sesame oil -- Boil spaghetti nooddles for 7-8 minutes or until done -- Add onion, green peppers, ham, and salt and pepper ( more or less to taste ) --Stir in sesame oil --Chill for at least 1 hour. NOTE: A little bit of sesame oil goes a long way, so do not add too much. It will be bitter. You can also subtitute turkey for the ham. |

Just did that myself a couple of days ago. Had no ham so I used chicken.
The good thing about this recipe is it will work with just about anything. ![]() |

I love cold noodles, it works for a nice side dish on a picnic or as a quick, cheap, and easy lunch. One of those lunches you can take to work with you during the hot summer months

I love cold noodles but dear fiance doesn't. So maybe I'll sneak this into his meal and see what he says!
