Next one up?

Alright folks, lets share another virtual meal after the US thanksgiving feast dies down.

I'm thinking it might be the right time to do some roasts, so keep that thought for a bit.

Opening this thread up for suggestions and I will post a menu December 3. We can then make the meal on the weekend of the 8-10th.

(Gobo, mark these on your calendar so you don't get confused again.)

Indian Roast Pork, with cardamom, cumin, coriander and cinnamon. Accompanied with spicy Chenna Dal, Dum Aloo ( baby potatoes cooked in yoghurt) and Basmati rice with dried apricots and almonds. Lime pickle and tamarind/date chutney to accompany. Gotcha!!
