ISO herbal liqueur recipes....
I'm looking for herbal liqueur recipes. I've only found two. One for a french sage liqueur and the other for a rosemary mint liqueur. I'd like to attain more herbal liqueur recipes, as they intrigue me.
Rosemary Mint Liqueur NOTE:When the recipe calls for sugar syrup it's referring to a simple syrup. If you need a recipe for simple syrup, let me know and I'll provide one. Last edited by Michael in FtW; 06-04-2008 at 06:26 PM. Reason: Convert posted recipe to link to copyrighted recipe |

Hi essence!
Extrapolate! This recipe, and the one you posted about the rose petals, are pretty similar... Keep the basic methodology and just substitute ingredients. Taste daily while steeping and letting mature, and see what happens! And post results here, please! :) Check this link out!
