Key Lime Pie Martini

2 shots of KeKe - (lime liqueur)
2 shots of vanilla vodka (I like Skky)
1 shot sour mix
1 shot Roses Lime juice
2 splashes of half and half

Grind some graham crackers until pretty finely crushed. Run a piece of lime around rim and then dip in ground graham crackers.

Shake everything really well in a shaker with ice - you want some ice chips in there - pour in rimmed glass - instead of rimming it you can also sprinkle the crumbs on top of the drink.

I think that's about right!!

Here's another one. The butterscotch schnapps duplicates the taste of a pie crust really well in this drink:

2 shots vodka
2 shots butterscotch schnapps
1 shot Rose's lime juice
1 shot of half and half

Add ice. Shake. Strain. You can adjust the lime juice and half and half proportions as desired. Makes two.

Thanks cherry - I'll have to try this. KeKe will no longer be sold in the state of North Carolina for some strange reason. We'll have to start experimenting - thanks for posting this.
