1 cup good lemon sorbet or a nice sherbet. 1 cup of very cold prosecco. Mint springs we all need veggies:LOL: You will need 4 large goblets with stems.Put them in the frig to chill. Just before serving remove the sorbet frome the freezer. Let the sorbet stand at room temp til easy to scoop about 10 min. Spoon it into a bowl beat til soft and smooth. Slowly add the Prosecco and whisk til creamy Pour quickly into goblets garnish with the mint serve right NOW!!!
enjoy This is great with frozen strawberries. as well
