Michelada (spicy beer cocktail)

Habanero sauce gives this spicy beer cocktail (michelada) an attitude.
Ingredients:

1 fresh lime, preferably Key lime
Coarse salt or margarita salt
2 dashes Worcestershire salt
1 dash soy sauce
1 dash habanero hot sauce
Freshly ground black pepper
1 (12-ounce) bottle dark Mexican beer, such as Negro Modelo or Bohemia

Directions:

Cut the lime in half; rub 1 half around the rim of a large glass; reserve the other half. Pour the salt onto a plate and dip the rim of the glass in salt to coat.

Fill the glass with ice and squeeze the juice from the reserved lime half into the glass. Add the Worcestershire salt, soy sauce, and habanero sauce, along with a few grindings of the pepper. Pour in the beer, stir and serve. Makes 1 drink.

Good one! You can buy those all over my town, even at the baseball stadium. I dont know if they use the Worcestershire and soysauce back home but it should be an interesting touch. Also great choice with the Negra Modelo, I love that stuff.
