i luvs me a good dirty martini with 2 olives in it. problem is, i seem to run out of olive juice in the jar (due to them being dirty martinis) WAY b4 i run out of olives.

i snack on the olives as much as possible...but still cant get close to balance.

does anyone know of something i can add to the jar so the olives dont dry out, but also wont alter the flavor??

If you are only using the olives for martinis then how about adding some vermouth to the olive jar? That and maybe use 3 olives instead of two.

I use three cause I love olives, but as my bartender friend once asked me, "Would I like some booze with my salad?"

Mugsy, you can buy just the olive juice. Google it, there's a lot to choose from.

I vote for the vermouth too then you need not add any vermouth to the martini. I only like the cork waved over it altho a few drops may fall in!
