Strawberry Creamsicle

Strawberry Creamsicle
2 parts vanilla rum
1 part half and half
1 part Strawberry liqueur
Shake together with ice, and garnish
with a fanned out strawberry.
You can also serve this in a tall glass,
with 4 parts sparkling water, if you
want something lighter.

Copied and pasted! None for me this summer, but this will be a great drink to serve when we have people over for cook-outs!

(ps: these look really pretty in a sundae glass with a dollop of whipped cream on top, and then the strawberry with little colored sugar sprinkles)
