The original Indian alcoholic beverage

The original Indian alcoholic beverage is fermented water prepared from boiled rice.

I don't know how to prepare it and I have never tasted it and I don't want to(I never tried alcoholic beverages)

It has different names in different region. In Bengal it is called 'Haria' and in Assam ' Haaz'
