4C peeled, seeded, & cubed watermelon, frozen
1/2C light rum
1/4C fresh lime juice
1/4C Triple Sec or other orange flavored liqueur
ice cubes
In an electric blender, combine all ingredients except ice, blend until smooth stopping once to scrape down sides.
Add ice to bring mixture to 5C mark on blender. Blend until smooth, adding more ice & blending if necessary to measure 5C.
