I have half a small bottle, all I ever use it for is chocolate truffles, or every once in a LONG while I'll splash a bit in my brandy.
What else can I do with the stuff? It's sooooo sweet!!!

Add a few Tbsp to a flourless or almost flourless bittersweet chocolate cake/torte or a dark chocolate cheesecake.

:)Brush over baked cake layers before frosting add a little to you butter cream frosting or to whipped cream.Pour a little in your coffee or hot cocoa top with some regular whipped cream or use just the the flavored whipped cream in your coffee/cocoa.

Rim a shot glass with sugar. Slice a lemon. Fill the shot glass 3/4 of the way with vanilla (or regular) vodka, float a 1/4 shot of Frangelico on top. Take the shot, making sure you get some sugar as you slurp, then immediately suck on the lemon. mmm It'll taste like chocolate cake!

It's good in coffee and hot chocolate as well. Or make a White Russian and float some on top of the Kahlua before you add the cream for a little twist. Probably could even skip the Kahlua and just use the Frangelico.
