I am trying very hard to drink more water. Mostly because it makes it easier for the technicians to find my veins for blood draws or IVs. If it weren't for that I could go months without drinking any. My surgery is the 18th, so I will start drinking water like mad around the 15th. My drinks of other choices are black tea with a small amount of sugar, soda water and ginger ale. And milk by the gallons. I love milk. Never stopped drinking it from childhood.

I try to drink 8 glasses a day, very easy to do in Summer but not so easy in Winter
