Addicted to Blended Drinks

I ususally don't like to drink beverages w/ alcohol in them, cuz I don't like the flavor. I've recently found out that this isn't always true. I like blended drinks. Hubby threw together a drink with ice cubes in it and I hardly drank any of it. I made the exact same drink but blended it and it was WONDERFUL! My guess is cuz it now tastes like a "kiddie" drink.

I don't have much liquer at home and am not familar with what alcohol is supposed to be in what kind of drink, but I blend away anyways!

It's been great fun! :D I have coconut rum, tequila, alize (the red one), cognac, peach flavored triplesec (sp?) & bourbon at home.

Coconut Rum (my favorite is Malibu):

Blend with ice cubes & any single/mix of the following

-------pineapple juice
-------strawberry nectar
-------fresh orange juice
-------chocolate milk
-------frozen berries
-------a frozen banana
-------guava nectar
-------limeade
-------lemonade
-------grapefruit juice
-------fresh cantaloupe chunks

........oh yes, and add a cute little umbrella 8)
