i tend to crave fat/protein first, then chocolate at night. so i'll have caffeine free iced green tea with the fat/protein (nuts, cheese, meats), then ice cold milk with something made of chocolate.

i get insomnia if i skip either step.

Either very cold full cream milk or very cold filtered water.
