It might be cold "outside" but this is sure to warm you up "inside" lol

Cajun Mary (serves 4)

1 qt. V-8 juice
2 TB prepared horseradish
1 TB Worcestershire Sauce
1 TB juice from pickled jalapeno chilies
1-2 tsp Tabasco]
1 tsp celery seeds
juice of 1 lemon
salt and freshly ground black pepper
ice
Cajun Spice, for garnish
4 pickled jalapeno chilies, for garnish

I recommend tequila. I enjoy a "bloody Maria", which is just a bloody Mary with Tequila instead of vodka. That works well, so I imagine it would work well in this. BTW, here we call a bloody Mary made with V-8 instead of tomato juice, a bloody granola. :LOL:
