Date and banana smoothie

Zuzz 1 peeled banana, 2 stoned, large dates, 50ml cold milk, 50ml yoghurt,
1 teaspoon of honey and a handful of crushed ice in a blender until smooth.

Drink immediately.

Yum. I had the bestest date shake outside of Palm Springs, CA. Thought it was made with vanilla ice cream and milk, but the honey & yogurt looks healthier. Thanks for sharing, Ish.

PS What's Zuzz? TIA

That sounds good - I'll have to see how much a ml is - don't know right off the top of my head.
