Fresh Cantalope smoothies

Fresh Cantalope smoothies

4 cups of ripe cantalope or honeydew
one ripe bannana (with the black dots on the skin)
3 cups of regular milk
3 cups of half and half
2 cups sugar or 1 cup of honey
1 cups of water




Mix it all in a blender and spin until its liquid taste and add more sugar or honey according to your liking
 
Cantalope is my all-time favorite mellon. I just don't know if once I sliced into an ice-cold cantalope, straight from the fridge, if I could refrain from eating it as is. It's flavor is so sweet and complex, and refreshing. But I'm willing to give it a try. It looks really yummmmy! :)
