Fresh Cantalope smoothies
4 cups of ripe cantalope or honeydew
one ripe bannana (with the black dots on the skin)
3 cups of regular milk
3 cups of half and half
2 cups sugar or 1 cup of honey

Mix it all in a blender and spin until its liquid taste and add more sugar or honey according to your liking
