Help!!! Nettle Cordial
Okay....so I have this fantastic recipe for making nettle cordial. It asks for 100 grams each of fresh nettle and blackcurrant leaves....which I replaced with 33.3 grams of dried. The recipe also calls for fermenting for one week....so my question is seeing that I used dried herbs, do I still leave it for a week or would it be shorter because dried herbs are stronger?

I really want to get this right as it is the best tasting drink i have ever had!

Thanks for your help in advance!!

I would leave it for the same length of time.
