Limeaide with Strawberry Ice

This is super easy and really tastey.

Make the strawberrie ice a day before. To do this, find a package of strawberries that is almost, but not quite, overipe. After washing them and removing the leaves, puree them. Poor the puree into and ice cube tray and place in the freazer.

To make the limeaid you will need 2 tsps of lime juice, 2 to 3 tsps of sugar, 1/4 cup hot water and 3/4 cup cold water for each glass. In each glass mix the lime juice, sugar and hot water. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add three of the strawberry puree ice cubes. Add the cold water and stir. The ice cubes will begin to melt into the limeaide adding a bit of strawberry flavor with every sip.

Just because something has a duck bill doesn't mean it's a platypus. It might just be a duck.
