Mango Tango Smoothie- REC

2 6 oz. containers apricot mango blended yogurt
4 apricots, pitted and peeled
1 cup mango nectar
8 ice cubes
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract

Place all ingredients in blender and blend thoroughly until apricots are pureed and ice cubes are crushed and evenly dispersed.

4 servings

Middie, my mom is 89 and is having a rough time remembering things..She often forgets to eat and is down to 95 lbs. So I've been making her dinner every night and I think this might be a goodie to slip her in the after noon with some cookies or a piece of pie...Thanks for posting..
