What is the new "holiday" Pepsi (other than a gimmick)? Anyone try it yet?

Tasted good in beginning but after one glass seemed not as great. Still prefer the standard. How about Diet Pepsi doesn't that taste different? I mean most of the diet drinks taste like they have been altered. One thing when I drink regular it sure keeps me awake.

Pepsi "Holiday Spice" is what you're looking for.

Wal*Mart carries it right now. I actually really like it!
It tastes like pepsi and ginger ale mixed up.
It's not as sweet as pepsi (thank goodness!) and
with the ginger, it has a bit of a kick.

I didn't realize the color (I'd had it out of the can)
till my nephew poured his into a glass and said,
"hey - this stuff is red!"

I tried some the other day and did not like it. I could really taste a clove/cinnamon flavor and it was too weird. jkath is right, it is red.

Isn't it kooky all the marketing Pepsi does to their sodas? Remember Crystal Pepsi? How bout Pepsi Twist, or is that just a summer drink? Holiday Spice Pepsi. Pepsi with cloves and cinnamon. I think I'll pass.

I gave some to my brother and he tasted and said you could have put more alcohol in it. I told him it was new drink and he said could have fooled him. He knew was different but wasn't enough in there. We all like it around here. Except I drank some after 7 last nite and I think the caffeine caused me to stay awake till after 2. Won't do that again.

Thank you so much for this thread. I've seen the new Holiday Pepsi, but was a lil' skeptical about buying. Now that I've heard a few good reviews, I will give it a whirl.

I finally had a chance to try it. Tastes like a cross between Dr. Pepper and RC Cola. I really didn't taste the spice. Won't be buying anymore of it especially since it's not sugar free.

Yuk, don't like Dr Pepper.

Didn't care for vanilla Coke either.

Just give me the real thing or a Cheerwine!
