Search the net and learn about Rooibos: excellent alternative to most everyting else one can drink...helped my health and my wife's health a lot...
Traditional Rooibos (Roy-boss) red 'fermented' is excellent by itself...
Rooibos green to me tastes a lot like a mild regular black tea, I like it a lot...
Honeybush is also very good...
The favorite of my household is 'all of above' = 1/3 each of above about a flat teaspoon each in 8-10 oz boiling water, steeped at least 12 minutes...
do = repeat = do get on the net and learn about these wonderful 'teas'...
excellent in soup base stock, stew...
