Spices to use in smoothie/milkshake thing
I'm about to throw a banana, a couple of mandarins, some double cream and maybe a chopped apple (I only have those three fruits available) into a blender to see what comes out. I was wondering if I ought to throw in some nutmeg or ginger powder, or maybe just sprinkle some cinnamon on top when it's in a glass.

For me, ginger powder doesn't have much flavor. I'd go with nutmeg or cinnamon or both.

hi honey.
er, i mean, do you have honey? oddly chervil and or fennel would work, if you like licorice-y type flavors.

You could also experiment with safron and cardomon.
