anyone ever try kopi luwak? a coffee from indonesia, it is "processed" by small marsupials that do not actually digest the beans. enzymes in their stomachs aid in slight fermentation of the beans, which in turns flavors them.

What a nice way to say that they are beans that are eaten and then pooped out the other end!!

I've heard of them, and thanks, but I'll pass.
I try to AVOID foods like that, not pay EXTRA for it!!
