C-CAP competion

So today I was in the competion with about 30 to 40 other students and I'd very very well!!! The other day I practiced the salad I had too do four times and each time I got them finished in the allowed 25 minutes but they would fall apart and today at the competion I banged out two salads perfectly while everyone else only got one done.

Also my two french omlets came out greeat and the judges love me.

Also I met a great chef who's card I got and I'm going to shadow under one night soon! Well that is all ill let u guys know how I did when the scores come in.

oh i actually forgot to mention that they will probably be giving me a full free scholarship for a community college around here which has a very good culinary program and they will hook me up with an apprenticeship and night classes for culinary at another school thats more culinarily hands on.
