Fall '12 GCC Chief Longwind of the North pumpkin Soup side dish

4 cups cooked jack-o-lantern squash
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups milk

Blend all ingredients together and simmer over medium heat. Place into a suitable container and chill until cold.

This savory pumpkin soup was silky smooth, and wonderfully counteracted the ham and sweet pumpkin ravioli. It was very refreshing served cold.
