I made my menu with what I had on hand with the exception of a fresh lemon and lime(the lime went south before I could use it).

Menu:

Fall- Appetizer- Fresh Pears and Apples with Pumpkin Dip

Peeled and sliced apples and pears in wedges.
1 1/4 cup chilled apple juice
1 3.4 oz. package french vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Mix the pudding mix with the apple juice. Stir in the pumpkin and spice. Chill
