They are also amazing cooked into a simple syrup and spread on dough to make cinamon rolls. Amazing flavor.

I'll bet they rocked the cinnamon rolls! PF, I would try the pecan pie infusion. I just loved their flavor.

Life has a funny way of trying to remind you to stop and smell the roses...I had my close call last January, now I try to live each day to the fullest. And find ways to prepare all foods so I can add them to my limited diet.

Thanks, Kathleen, 5 miles is easy these days. I personally think Frank needs more ice cream...(he paid me to say that).

I'm trying to figure out how to use them, powdered and stirred into the pie custard? Or make a strong tea, strain and stir that into the corn syrup. Decisions, decisions.
