If I had been able to afford participating, my menu (which came to me in the shower) was:
Winter: Midsommers' Glogg (that would be your drink and I assume y'all know how to make Glogg into a summer drink--it's what we drink when we are trimming the Christmas Tree).
Avacado-buttermilk cold soup. We like this in the summer, but technically, avacado is winter vegetable here because when it is in season.
Spring: Maple Syrup and pecan ice cream
Summer: Walleye tacos with salsa from tomatillas,fresh tomatoes, and fresh veggie sticks.
Fall: wild rice side with grapes ( given that I've gone out and harvested wild rice in the fall, and grapes, they are both fall food)s, and roasted winter squash with cumin just because. Wish I could've participated.
